Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
9. SUPPORTED CARRIERS AND NUMBER CHANGES
The SMS Program may not be available through every carrier or device. If your mobile number changes or is reassigned, you agree to opt out or notify us so communications are not sent to a new owner of the number.
